Leaf Collection Program

Each fall the City of Northville collects leaves, which residents have raked into the street gutter.  This is the only time during the year that residents are allowed to deposit material into the street.  This popular program begins in late October and is completed in mid December.

2014 Leaf Collection Schedule

Waste Management will make one pass throughout the entire City on Tuesday, December 9th. Residents must have their compost in open top cans, craft paper bags, or in bundles (branches) at the curb, by 7:00am in the morning. This will be the last compost collection for the year. After the December 9th collection, the next scheduled compost collection day is April 6, 2015.

DPW Crews will make two passes through your neighborhood this Fall.

We cannot accept leaves in plastic bags.

Please no branches, brush, garden waste, grass clippings or trash.
