Residential Infill Study conducted

(Photo by Liz Cezat)The City Planning Commission is studying the trends of building homes and garages that are much larger than those already existing in City neighborhoods. The Commission wants to make sure the City’s policies and regulations provide the desired standards for new home construction and home additions. 

As part of this study, the Planning Commission conducted a survey among City residents from August through Nov. 2. Results of the survey were reported at the Planning Commission's meeting on Dec. 4. You can review the survey results here
