Historic District Design Guidelines

Kraemer Design Group, a Detroit-based architectural firm, has updated the design guidelines for the Historic District.  The guidelines were adopted by City Council on Aug. 5, 2024 and replace the 1999 version. Any future modifications to the guidelines will need to be approved by the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). This document is searchable.

F&V report on street/sidewalk safety (Phase I)
