Welcome to Northville Parks and Recreation

There are dozens of ways for people in the Northville community to be involved with a sport, fitness or recreational activity. The Northville Parks and Recreation department can help you get started or advance to the next level. It is a shared program of  the City of Northville and Northville Township.

Area parks are a great place to get out and play or learn a sport. Parks and Recreation staff and coaches are often the first to introduce kids to baseball, softball, soccer and lacrosse. Young adults and families with school-age children will find plenty of programs that spark their interest, from day camps and team sports to dances and concerts.

Older adults and seniors look forward to leisure programs and outings, which give them a way to socialize, meet new friends and have engaging experiences. Parks and Recreation's Senior Services offers fitness classes and group sports geared to this age group.

The Dept. of Parks and Recreation often partners with the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), Rotary Club, Maybury State Park and others to provide quality programming in a variety of venues.

Facilities include a Recreation Center and the Northville Community Center, which houses the Senior Services programs. At any location – parks, facilities and partners’ venues, the Department aims to provide a great experience for people who engage with their staff and services.

Visit their website to find out more about programs and services and sign up for your next adventure.
