Zoom Meeting Public Participation Option
for City Council and certain Boards/Commissions
While City Council and all boards and commissions must now meet in person, City Council meetings and certain board/commission meetings will have a Zoom public participation option. When Zoom public participation is an option for that specific board or commission meeting, the Zoom participation links will be posted on the meeting agenda, on the website below for that board/commission, and on the website
calendar. Anyone need assistance or accommodations should contact the City Manager's office during regular business hours of 8am to 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday, at 248-449-9905. The Zoom User Guide can be
