In 2027, Northville will celebrate 200 years of history, community, and progress, a once-in-a-generation milestone honoring the people, places, and traditions that shaped our town.
Whether you are a lifelong resident, a new neighbor, or visiting for the first time, consider this your invitation to the celebration. The Bicentennial will offer many ways to connect, celebrate, and be part of Northville’s story.
Guided by the theme Northville Then. Now. Next., the Bicentennial will:
• Honor our past – celebrating the stories, traditions, and landmarks that built Northville
• Celebrate our present – highlighting the vibrant community, businesses, and neighbors who make Northville special today
• Build our future – inspiring the next generation of leadership, innovation, and community connection
Kicking off in September 2026 with events through 2027, residents and visitors will experience a year of special events and activities, including:
• Community celebrations and festivals
• Concerts, parades, and local traditions
• Historic tours and storytelling
• Family-friendly activities and community projects
• Special moments highlighting Northville’s past, present, and future
