Administration
Scheduling will be done by the City Manager or his designee. All fees and deposits will be deposited in an appropriate City fund or account.

Rental Fees
Please inquire at City Manager's office.

Reservations
A. Applications for use of the facilities must be made in writing by a responsible adult on the proper reservation forms. Forms are available in the City Manager’s office. The cashier’s office at City Hall will collect all fees and any security deposit and stamp the application paid. Applications must be returned to the City Manager. Applications will be processed by the City Manager or his designee.

B. The rental fee is required before any reservation will be confirmed. A minimum $50 security deposit may also be required. The rental fee and the security deposit shall be refunded if the reservation is canceled up to one week before the scheduled event. Any cancellation within six (6) days of the event shall be subject to an administration fee equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the original rental fee.

C. All rental fees and any security deposits must be received in check, cash, cashiers check, or money order.

D. The City Manager reserves the right to negotiate separate fees and to contract for continuing reservations on a daily, weekly, monthly or similar basis.

E. Rental security deposit shall be refunded less an amount necessary to cover any property damage, room reorganization charges, or excessive cleaning costs as determined by the City Manager. Payment of a damage deposit does not remove the liability of the Renter to pay for property damage or excessive clean-up, the cost of which may exceed the amount of the damage deposit.
